Description

The Rainbow Trout is the Pennsylvania state fish and is abundant in mountain streams. It features black glass eyes, carved gills, inletted metal fins, and measures apprx. 11″ long x 4″ high x 3″ wide (with fins).

~ Ice fishing decoys were used for centuries to lure fish through a hole in the ice to within spear range. This is still a popular sport in the Great Lake areas. Hollywood portrayed this style of fishing in the Grumpy Old Men movies. Our Rainbow Trout would be a great addition to any fish decoy collection.
