Description

The Pileated Woodpecker is a wary bird that dwells deep in the forests of North America. This black-backed bird with a conspicuous red crown is also known as the “king” of the woodpeckers. Our Pileated Woodpecker features yellow glass eyes and carved tail feathers. This is a large bird and measures apprx. 14” tall x 5” wide x 5” deep.
