This folky little fellow was considered by hunters as a “confidence” decoy. Coot decoys were often set out with the other decoys to lure in, with confidence, the birds flying overhead. Our primitive Coot measures apprx. 9” long x 4” wide x 6” high. It is branded with the “WHITE” name and features tack eyes, lead weight, and a distressed patina.
